Olympic games have come back to our school!

P:E. teachers and other English teachers managed The Olympic games last Thursday, 30th of May.

Another task to our Integrated Unit: Myths and Legends.

Olympic Games 2015

We celebrated the Olympic Games on Thursday the 26th. This time all the students, bilingual or not,participated in the competitions: wrestling, discuss throw, marathon, chariot racing, jump and javelin throw.

Olympic games 2014

We celebrated The Olympic Games last Monday. It was a fun day, as usual.

Olympic Games 2013

Last Friday, May 31st, we held the III Ancient Olympic Games with our biligual students from 1º ESO A/B.

They represented their city-states: Argos, Mycenae, Thebes, Sparta, Athens, Corynth,..and took part in a variety of sports: wrestling, javelin throw, discuss throw, the marathon, chariot racing and jump.

Every city-state had to swear and oath in front of Zeus portrait. In the end the winners were honoured with the olive-tree wreath.

We all enjoyed the spirit of the games and had a good time!!
